Why isn't it cool? T-Bone does it all the time? He's a cool guy.

he usually does it in the lame board though, where that sort of thing belongs.

I think upping one's post count in order to be able to post in Vocation Station is a just cause for spam.

Ah, but you have forgotten all the conditions necessary for a just spammage. According to the just spammage doctrine, all other possibilities must have been found ineffective... but they haven't yet resorted to the lame board. Therefore, this spammage was unjust.

Well, to be honest people around here are pretty serious. No one here spams, trolls, or anything of the sort... in fact the mods are really really REALLY strict. So if you think you're going to get away with pointless posting simply in order to increase your post count to an arbitrary number, think again. NO ONE around here has EVER done ANYTHING of the sort. EVER.

oooo you're interested in vocations? Awesome.

 The mods are hardly strict. The mods rock.

I wasn't around when the Vocation Station was getting spammed to start the restriction on new users posting there... so I don't really know what it's purpose is, but there has been one thing that I noticed could be a drawback.

Most religious have a very limited amount of time that they can spend online, and if they're posting on the Vocation Station they've probably been given permission to post there for a specific reason. Some might not be able to browse the rest of the phorum to up their post count... if they even figure out that that's what they need to do. I wonder if not being able to post there right away would deter them from trying to post at all... Which, personally, I think would be unfortunate.

Just my thoughts, for what they're worth, which I don't expect to be much.

So it is right for an end to justify the means?
