I have the live feed up now, the balloon is on the ground. I see an ambulance. There's no sound (i.e. no reporter telling us what's going on).

The live twitter feed is of the opinion that nobody was inside when it landed. They're getting news from a hundred different sources, so I don't know what to think.

What do you know, my inclination to believe the bloggers was right. This family is likely to pick up quiet a bill for the ordeal.
