Clerical Dress In Australia (Cappie)

Cappie could probably answer this best but if anyone else knows that's cool. I believe that the Episcopal Conferences are allowed to decide what priests should wear and when, right?

What are the rules for clerical dress in Australia? Because 95% of the priests I've seen just wear a little cross on their shirt.

I think that they had to change the secular laws of the Commonwealth to allow JP II visit and wear the Papal Regalia.

in Australia, clerics are to dress so that they are "identifiable as clerics," and the diocesan Bishop is permitted to make further determinations. It is an individual diocesan decision.
