I've gotten Outside, Smithsonian, and Shape before. I like reading the gear stuff in Outside. The Smithsonian always had interesting things. Shape had lots of health and nutrition stuff. I've read Conte Nast Traveler in waiting rooms. It just made me envious of people who can go to those places.

Isn't the Advocate a gay magazine?

So it is Catherine, so it is. :) I saw Out on that list and deleted it before posting it here, along with Playboy. I'm hoping to see a common thread of recommendations from PM'ers and I'll order those. Smithsonian seems to be a winner, as well as WSJ and Forbes.

I used to get Paste magazine back when they were a startup. They were a really good music magazine, primarily covering the indie music scene. I haven't read them in a few years though.

Other than that, off that list I'd get WSJ and Smithsonian.
