Lord of Love, Lord of Justice,

I have sinned against you. You lead all people to Yourself, yet many are lost. I feel lost. Not because You have lead me astray, but because I chose to wander away. I resolved that I would not disobey ever again,yet I let myself be deceived.

Lord of Mercy, Lord of Truth,

I ask not that I be given the strength to get up myself, but to give my poor semblance of strength to You, that Your Will be done. From this moment, I am Yours. Forever.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
