Nihil Obstat
Do non-Catholics who attend a Catholic mass receive the same graces as Catholics (besides the Eucharist)? I'm thinking specifically about the forgiveness of venial sin. Thanks.
Theoketos
I am not sure we can know because it involves the interior state of the soul, but there are some principles which we can keep in mind... The fullness of the truth subsists in the Catholic Church. We are bound by the sacraments but God is not. Certainly those moved to convert are done so by the same uncreated Grace we receive at Mass.
