IcePrincessKRS Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 I'm pretty sure they just wound up using gluteus maximus. I can't remember exactly and I avoided Latin by taking French. (The friend who did the bulk of the translating was in Latin 411 or something ridiculous like that... she took one of the upper division courses since she'd had it all through HS and was able to get away with only taking it for one semester so she could get on with classes she really wanted to take.)
