so what if heaven were filled with everyone being servants, and nothing considered sinful were allowed.

but hell were filled with no servants, and indulgences to your hearts content allowed?

basically, kinda like what if hell is the place ya got the ten virgins etc, as muslims like to think their heaven is like.

would you resent having acted so good to get to heaven? my guess is you wouldn't get to heaven if you had that motto, even if you led a great exterior life. but you see the point-- if ya were allowed, etc, it'd be a tragedy of great proportions. i'd guess you'd have to be let into hell, if that's what ya wanted.

i remember all the folks here talking about how they wanted to sin etc, if there was no God. as if God's commands aren't fulfilling enough. are we waiting to be allowed to sin in heaven, as it seems muslims think?
are they not sins that we're thinking of, necessarily? eating a lot, normally 'too much' dubbed, a bad thing?
what would be your thoughts, if presented with that scenario in the afterlife?
thoughts?

i guess a wise type answer would be, that God would grant us the grace to not desire sin etc. anyone could theoretically assent to that-- if it's the 'right' thing to do, and you're not drawn to it anymore--- why not? it's in a way, an easy answer. what if we didn't have that grace, per se? you just had to endure it, so to speak. the sacrifice that love requires etc.

plus, don't ya think you're resenting it now? 'i'm not longer going to desire eating too much?? but that's my favorite sin" etc. doesm't that say something about your situation now?
or that so many want to sin, and would if God didn't exist-- doesn't that say something? isn't it just techincalities if their hearts are elsewhere? i guess they want to sin, but know better. that they would if they could though, is a tough to row to ho. but ultimately i guess, kinda like the distinction, between perfect and imperfect contrition- those who think this, who are God's children, know better even if they hearts are torn and rebeleous.

Sin is sin because God says so (in a certain manner of putting it).

Twain argued there would be no humor in Heaven.

I'm thinking that Sto-vo-kor might be a cool place to hang out in. There'd be singing and drinking.
