Iacobus
Okay, I thought most of my friends knew some BASIC and I was shocked to learn I am the only one. Am I the last one to still use it primarly?

morostheos
I used BASIC back in elementary school, but I haven't really used it since then. That was soooo long ago..... Of course, I don't really know any other computer languages, except html... I'm just a wannabe computer nerd, what can I say?

Paladin D
Is BASIC somehow harder to learn than C++? I thought it was the other way around actually.
Fiat_Voluntas_Tua
I took a class in BASIC...i enjoyed it...however my programming passion comes in the TI-83 programs. Pax et Agape per Maria.
Norseman82
I actually used to do part-time work as a BASIC programmer.
ryanmeyersmusic
I used to make games on my calculator in basic back in jr. high... i'm a c++ man myself, though... basic isn't object-oriented
Iacobus
thywillbedone7, TI 83 programs ROCK. I once wrote a whole set of program for prayers with the Rosary and stuff. It was SOO cool. ryanmeyersmusic , OOP, how can you say that is a good thing? LOL, my time with OOP is limited to Java (class from Cisco) and it is DUMB, HARD, and POINTLESS. LOL but that is me, all my programing needs can be fixed with Basic. Did you see Java replaced C++ as the AP Programing Langauge last year?!?!
