I proally drink 3-sih of just water. non filtered- the minerals in well water are good for your hair & skin. woot.

I've been trying to drink more, since I work outside in the heat 5 hrs/day. But it's kinda hard-like



*edit* hard to drink. not hard as in hard. but that too.

At a quick estimate, maybe 3-4 liters? Distilled water, purchased from the store.

Additional diet soda, fruit juices, teas, and soups.

But then I run outside in the hot weather. :sweat:

Well, I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning at work... to supplement the coffee, I generally follow that by 2-3 cups of water. (Lemme tell you that I rush to the bathroom once lunch break comes!)

I don't have any other forms of liquid in my apartment, so I generally drink lots of water. Probably an addition 6-7 throughout the rest of the day.

I drink diet soda when I go out for food-- it's my little treat.

I drink lots of ice tea and water. Stopped the soda and lost 7 pounds! Wish it was that easy for the rest! :rolleyes:

Same thing happened to me. In high school, I quit drinking any kind of soda and switched to water, and I lost a lot of weight. Granted, I didn't intend to do that, but it was nice anyway.

I hope I don't do that thing where as a freshman in university I gain a bunch of weight because I'm unhealthy and inactive... :mellow:

Although ten pounds would probably not hurt at the moment.

7. I am counting tea because I don't add any sweetner. Only water with zero cal. herbs. delicious! And I try to add ice. Lose more calories that way! ;)

I drink a lot of water, but not sure exactly how much, or even an estimate. I know I always seem to be thirsty, though (breastfeeding does that to you).

I drink bottled H20, so no fiddler. I drink 3-4 16 oz. bottles a day, plus I like Vitamin Water and Sobe Lifewater -- although some flavors not as much these days. So I drink a lot of water. Some milk -- usually 1 glass a day or so. Also one glass of OJ.

I very rarely drink soft drinks, although I have been drinking ginger ale recently. Also I like San Pellegrino makes a carbonated beverage with either lemon or orange flavor I really like but don't have too often. Most soft drinks are too sweet for me though.[/quote]

I actually don't drink 8 sodas a day....I do drink some......less than four.......actually I am in the process of cutting down. :mellow:
