It's about time! I personally shop Kohl's because of the many decent and modest clothing they have. Also because their clearance racks are so wonderful!

Ah, you read Conversion Diary too? ;)

I hate it. Hate it. Hate it. Three months of civilian clothes left and then they shove all these brilliant dresses in my face!

Tee hee, true. :)

It's only problematic for me because my mum is here now, after a 6 month absence, and we always loved to go shopping together. So I guess that's what I miss most.

i'm tired of the clothes i have. i want to look feminine and pretty. in some aspects, the 40s and 50s had that right. in that the dresses and skirts and pants were meant for all sizes of women and women weren't caught up in having that 'perfect' (stick skinny) shape.

 I cant tell you how much I agree with you on that. Im wicked tired of my wardrobe too. I love the way my grandmother used to dress. So gorgeous and feminine.

This one's my personal favourite http://www.shabbyapple.com/p-384-madison-ave.aspx

And the Jackie-O one made me gasp http://www.shabbyapple.com/p-49-jackie-o.aspx

so when i saw that this was about modest clothing i was expecting these sites to sell clothing that the stereotypical weird homeschooler would wear (no offense to you normal homeschoolers) and was rather surprised to find legit STYLISH clothes i would actually wear. kudos shabby apple.

I really love some of those clothes, but I'm concerned about the shipping and monstrous tax/customs stuff I might have to pay. And they might not fit me.

And I love vintage clothes, especially from before the 60's. My favorite store is Noa Noa. I don't know where you have it in the US, but I have burned off many of my monies there.:P(But they're higher quality than the cheaper clothes)

I'm going to clean up in my closet soon, and remove some of the old clothes, it's a great way to see what I  actually have.

Well, I'm rambling, 'cuz it's late.
