on my heart, but i have an issue and that is that i am a people-pleaser and when people aren't happy with me i take it very hard despite that i should only care what God thinks of me. stupid, i know. i'm going to take it to prayer.

today was great.

and i was walking home last night and all the sudden something you said to Ora in Open Mic came to mind: Doing God's will isn't about being happy or something. It is true. I am going to tough it out. Keep praying for me that I can step out of my comfort zone and not only do God's will, but do it without dragging my feet. Tomorrow we leave for a mission where we'll be going to door-to-door "preaching the Gospel"

the people in charge. i'm like reprimanded daily, and they just have these promises about speaking english and not talking with family and friends and ... some of these things i was not aware of going in, like that i would be allowed poco tiempo a hablo with mi familia. and they say i am not outgoing enough... i was even told by the leader that i needed to grow up and start acting like an adult and she said, "if you want to be a future sister you need to learn to be obedient." and it is true, but... idk. my pride was rightfully hurt by some of the things that are being said to me, and i do need to fix things about myself, but ... some things i don't feel are fair or even anyone's place but my spiritual director or parents to say to me.

i am just wrestling with everything and maybe i'm just wrong about it all and acting like a kid.
