XIX
Seriously no clue what I want to be when I grow up. I know what I want in the next three months or so...
missionseeker
Never quote that song again.
If you can make threads about how wonderful Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift are, I can reference Lennon every once in while. Anywho... I subscribed to some Colorado business journals, registered for a free trip to CO, sent of for tourist information packages, and am researching about start up costs. I think I could do it if I worked really hard.

You'll need to research how hard it might be to get a food license. Health departments are usually sticklers, as they should be. I would try to take advantage of the PMers already in CO. They could spread the word that your baked things are yummy. Word of mouth is a good way to start. Edited June 9, 2009 by Nadezhda
