I Don't Know What's Wrong With Me

i don't know what my problem has been lately. I've been way overly emotional.

Today, for instance, i was at my grandma's house and my friend was there (there was a tornado warning and he was really close) and he and my brother and my 12 year old cousin were playing risk. My cousin accused my brother of cheating and walked off, but then came back and scattered all the pieces everywhere and yelled at luke (my brother) calling him a cheater and saying that nobody else can play either.

At this point, i lost it. i got up and started yelling at him. I have now have no idea what I said. Sure, that's something that i normally would have been mad about, but i know i overdid it by a longshot. I couldn't help it, though. By the end of it i was shaking uncontrollably and was having trouble breathing.

this has been happening A LOT lately. I have no idea why.

I think she was yelling at her cousin. maybe not.

Maybe you need some time out to relax and sort yourself out? One weekend take a break from family/school/work/friends whatever it is that usually stresses you out and go out to the country with a fully charged ipod, a book and some nice food. :)

Maybe take someone you're close with too if you like.

Are there other things in life that are stressing you out? Big changes happening or coming, problems at work/school, problems at home, a combination of any of the above? I find that if I am experiencing stress in some areas of my life, I am more prone to reacting overly emotionally to things that normally wouldn't set me off.

I'll bet part of all the stress and frustrations has something to do with your irregular sleep schedule.
