RezaMikhaeil
I was curious what people's opinions are about charging interest for loans and such, also referred to as "Usury"? Reza
Resurrexi
"Usury" has been condemned by the Church. It is debated whether charging loans today would be usury.

I disagreed with the author in minor ways [small amounts of context] but generally speaking was great! I also found it interesting that Pope Alexander III supposedly excommunicated people that charged usery. I'd thought of this topic because my wife was reading Ezekiel the other night and it strongly condemned usery, which kinda reminded me of what my Muslim sisters have told me about what the Qur'an says and it got me thinking.
