Q: How many people with ADD does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Want to go ride bikes?

How'd you loose it?

I still have it.

Shocking I know

Although it does help me be highly productive in my non sense generating activities

by reading difficult books, keeping things quiet, no music on, no tv, taking the bus instead of driving, taking long walks. I think stuff like that helped. Basically environmental things to help bring the mind back to itself, and back into equilibrium with the body and one's environment.

I get the sense that Adhd is so common because of the way in which modern life is set up, the way our children are raised and schooled. Its mainly environmental I think.

I don't know. I had a really tough time back in high school because of it. Not like socially but mentally. It caused me to adopt some OCD and Schitzophrenic like tendencies and can cause me to have rather extreme insomnia (if anyone remembers by 96 hour no sleep marathon)
