You can take Keith Urban's Raining On Sunday and take it as they're married and went to church Saturday evening; nothing wrong with that.
this reminds me of Love in this Club-Usher remix that Miko (from phatmass) did. When it comes to more hip-hopy sounding christian stuff, I'm a fan of george moss. Ooh, and here's an online christian hip-stream!
Adrestia
I do like Matt Maher. There are just times when fast-paced music helps me get through my work. It's not necessarily a hip-hop thing, rock and funk work just as well. The thing that separates the electronic mashup genre from all the others is the continuity of music. An album may list 12 or 14 tracks, but they blend together into one long remix song. I can put on an album and work for an hour straight and not even notice the time move... the album just keeps going with no pause. Girl Talk is not a hip-hop artist, he makes remixes with all types of stuff. He'll mix in Chicago over Ludacris and follow it with Elvis Costello over Missy Elliott then throw in some Earth, Wind and Fire with Genesis and Busta Rhymes. The Crispin live double album comes close, but they throw in slow songs. It's a GREAT album, just not great for work. Maybe I just need to come up with a long play list of upbeat and fast-paced songs that are not morally objectionable. Christian music preferred... Can y'all help? let's see...
