Going to say once more and only once more your opinion is just that, your opinion. The Church teaching on celibacy is binding, your opinion is not.

Exactly it is my opinon. I never said it was worth 2 cents. And you don't know if GOD is for mandatory celibacy in the priesthood. And if He isn't it changes this situation a little bit. That's why I said you should hold back your judgement.
What if God isn't for mandatory celibacy for the priesthood ?
that statement reeks of relativism and cafeteria catholicism.

I can easily say, "What if God wants me to go out and have sex with multiple partners?"

geez.....

The Catholic Church doesn't make up her own rules. Everything is inspired by the Almighty God. If you don't believe this fundamental view of the Faith, then you can easily dismiss any rule you don't agree with and say, "Well, God and me share the same opinion on this matter." (And many people believe this way....)
. . . I don't know if Eastern seminarians are allowed to date (I doubt it).
I believe that they are allowed to date.
The Church has never allowed Priests to marry. There's a difference between allowing Priests to marry, and ordaining married men.
Correct.

Was he actually violating his vow on the beach, or are we just assuming he has because he was acting in a manner on the beach that priests aren't supposed to? I'm not trying to cause trouble, I'm asking because I do not know. Did he later admit that he was having an affair with this woman, or is everyone assuming that he is?

who's asking you to judge him?

God will judge him on his last day.

We need to pray for him and the damage all this has caused.
