Getting Out Of Bad Habits

So I've been lazy and procrastinating with my school work and haven't been very disciplined with it. I've also gotten into the habit of getting up out of bed later than I should. After the alarm clock goes off I still stay in bed for quite a long time, an hour or more. I haven't been focusing as much on my work and during this time of the year I have a few papers that I need to be getting done soon and two of them will be very unpleasant for me. One of them I was supposed to turn in weeks ago but I just really don't want to do it but I have to if I want to pass this class and I can't afford to drop it. Finals are coming up too. I need to control myself and get done what I need to.
