Aloysius
Regular typing: 90 wpm, 100% accuracy 10 Key 5636 kph, 4 mistakes I use this: http://www.learn2type.com/ I need much more work with 10 key typing, I'm pretty good with regular typing... where's everyone else at? I think 10 key's much harder, but that's because I learned to type regularly in elementary school probably...

abercius24
Keyboard: 61 wpm with 1 mistake (adjusted speed 60 wpm) 10 Key: 10528 Keystrokes Per Hour with 1 mistake (adjusted speed 10428 KPH) I've been a banker longer than I've been a coder. Makes sense!
CatherineM
The last test I took was 121. It might have gone faster but I hurt the machine at the Oklahoma Employment Services. I'm much older now. I do confuse my laptop at times. Long skinny fingers.
Mary-Kathryn
I type with about three fingers...so the answer is pathetic and not fast at all! Angel*Star
It used to be 80 wpm, but that was a long time ago. Now, when I am at the computer my kids ask me how I can type so fast without looking. Makes me feel good. I love my kids. But I really don't know how fast I can type anymore. I wish I would have kept my typing books. Oh well, can't keep everything. And I am sure I could buy one on Ebay or Amazon if I really wanted one.

CatherineM
I drive my husband nuts when I type while looking at him carrying on a conversation. That's how I can be on Phatmass so much.

It worked, as long as I read my notes within one or two days. After that it got hard to decipher. I can type about 65 wpm now. It used to be 80 when I was writing more regularly. I think as I get back in practice it will speed up again. We'll see.
Nihil Obstat
I didn't take the test, but when I checked a year or so ago (and I think I got better since then), I had a speed between 73-83 with an accuracy hovering around 96%. That totally drops when I'm not typing actual words though.

I typed all that croutons and it wouldn't calculate my speed because I doubletyped 'am' on one occasion.

Christie_M
my speed was 58 WPM with 9 mistakes (adjusted speed 49 WPM) that's about the same as it's been. I refrained myself from pushing the backspace butten on those mistakes.
