As anyone have any experience with this? I looked at their website and they seem to be a good Catholic group. MStar Posted April 25, 2009 Share Posted April 25, 2009 My mom told me that my 15 year old brother is going to meetings of this group twice a month and he really enjoys it. But she said they changed the name of our group to something else, like Saints Alive or something (I like Dead Theologians better.) Sounds like a solid group though. I haven't been, they don't let people older than 18 attend because they have so many younger people who want to go, but it sounds great. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The group at my church deviated away from the original mission so I am not sure that I liked it quite as much as the original intentions of the group. It is a great group where you learn about the saints. They also mediate on writings of Dead Theologians. I think that it is a great way for youth to learn about the Church and her writings/writers. Brother Adam Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 I am starting to look at this now, but I am confused by the curriculum - for $500 there doesn't seem to be one. I can have black hoodies made up for a lot cheaper, and downloading information about the saints is pretty easy from Google. Life Teen isn't meaty enough for my teens, and yes, the name of this group sounds amesome, but it seems that is all they have going for them.
