I've just started reading a series by Robin Hobb called Assasin's Apprentice. Then I have Atlantris after that.
Assasin's Apprentice....... ah, my brothers read that. I never did. Assumed it was kinda a kiddie book.
What do you think of it?

I can tell you it's NOT a kiddie book. Nick recommended it. And I've only gotten in a few chapters, but so far it's pretty good. confusing at times cause I'll just go off on my own thoughs lol, but good.

What grade level would you put it at?

Unfortunately I get really bored of books that are only somewhat below my reading level. :P

I think I was reading small chapter books by 1st grade

:P :P
Haha, nice! :))
Yea, I never could read enough in elementary/junior high. In high school you could say I 'slowed down', but I was reading some pretty heavy stuff at the time too.
I'm working my way through Vatican documents. So far stuck on Gaudium et Spes. :P Really dense.
 well I was being sarcastic.

but that's pretty intense reading. wow
It kinda is. Some of it is certainly above my level.

Plus I'm reading this collection of stuff by Benedict XVI that represents his entire theology. That's especially dense. It's things like his significant homilies and speeches and essays.
I feel very insufficient now.
I can bearly read the CCC (when I find that book)
Insufficient? Nonsense.
Start with something like Humanae Vitae or Dominus Iesus. They might be my two favourites.
