Greek Question

In Luke 1:36, quoted below, Elizabeth is referred to as Mary's relative. I'm wondering what the Greek word used is, out of curiosity. Just wondering because adelphos is used elsewhere (thinking of Abraham & Lot, for one), so wondering if the same is used here.
36"And behold, even your relative Elizabeth has also conceived a son in her old age; and she who was called barren is now in her sixth month.
Sorry, rest of my answer went into the stratosphere. It is the same word used for kinsman in Ruth 2:1, Ruth 3:2, Ruth 4:3. In Leviticus 18:2 & 3 for Kinswoman, Leviticus 25:25 for next of kin, John 18:26 for kinsman, and 2 Samuel 19:42 for "near of kin."
