I Got Into Georgetown!

Hey pham I'm so excited- I just received my acceptance letter from Georgetown University yesterday and I'm massively pumped, so if you get a chance, send up a little prayer of thanksgiving on my behalf cause I couldn't have done this without the big man upstairs.

Did all the Ivy admissions decisions come out today? Or yesterday? Did they e-mail them or something?

A couple days ago my little brother got the acceptance letter from Notre Dame... the old fashioned way in the mail. He is one of those smarties that gets in everywhere.

lol yeah I actually applied early to Georgetown but got deferred to regular admission ( you can tell that did wonders for my spirits between december and march). The ivies did post today online (they subsequently send paper letters): I ended up with Harvard and cornell waitlisting me and princeton and yale telling me to drop dead- which is fine cause I just applied to those schools for kicks. I'm a hoya now 8-)

glad to hear about your brother and ND- I'll be sure to include with my decline to them that they're lame for having the bama speak there

I'm very impressed. Just be sure to hold on to your faith. Georgetown is about the least Catholic Catholic university in the country.
