Listen everyone,

I'm sorry if I came across strong. I don't understand though? I was trying to help bro. adam but he didn't like that I had paste and copied articles. All I was doing was defending Jesus in the Eucharist. I'm passionate about our faith that the Holy Spirit has revealed me, even though I'm not worthy! I guess I don't know bro. adams, I've been trying to help him, I follow his posts to try to help thats all. Maybe he doesn't want to hear my opinion? I just want to help people understand The One Catholic Church. The only reason I got passionate about that article is because it was posted. We are not allowed to do that to other religons (which I agree with) so I don't think something like that should be posted? That was totally degrading the True Presensce of Jesus in the Eucharist. My point is if bro. adams
has been studing for a long time and has studied John Chapter 6, couldn't he had just asked individual questions instead of posting that terriable article. Thats why I took it as a attack. Because after I pasted the articles and he said he don't read them and has already studied on the subject. I just think that we can't post offensive topics of other religions out of respect (and I do agee with that), but should't the same go with us? The article wasn't questions they were comments that were blasphemy!

CCC 2148
The prohibition of blasphemy extends to language against Christ's Church, the Saints, and Sacred Things.
Again the article wasn't a question it was a comment that was blasphemy against a precious gift of Jesus Christ Truly Present in the Eucharist. Am I making sense. A question is different than a comment.

Bro. Adam, I'm sorry if I came across strong, I pray for your conversion, I pray that the Holy Spirit touches your soul and opens your eyes! But understand that article was blasphemy and my defense mode kicked in overdrive. Jesus has touched me in the "Breaking of the Bread", I've told you that before. By His Grace I would die for that Truth (His True Presence in the Eucharist).

If I offened you guys I can go. I don't want to be a burden or cause problems. I have a backround of evangilizing at work, people I meet, mormans who come to my door anyone and everyone. But they never say anything offensive. I love talking about Our Lord and His Catholic Church.

Carson, I don't think the threat you told was very nice. But it's cool. If I offended you I'm sorry.

I'm sorry for the way I acted, but not for giving witness.
God Bless You Guys
Much Love
Jason

Brother Adam

Jason,

I'm sorry things broke down like they did there. I definitely did not intend for anything like that to happen. One thing I've learned about this place though, is even in squables things usually bounce back pretty quickly.

You are really zealous about the truth you have. I think that is Awesome. :)

*extends hand in friendship*

Love, In Him,
Bro. Adam

And I'm really glad your willing to share the news you have. I'm sorry I came across as offensive. I didn't mean that. :)

I understand why you posted those articles, but sometimes a concise breakdown of what is said therein put in your own words and then a link to the article works a bit better. Articles are great, I provide them when I get involved in debates too, but often its just too much to read when you're surfing the phorum.

Thats my $0.02 ;)

To link to a site, this is what you do:

1. Hit add reply
2. See the http:// tag above where you write in your post?
3. Click that
4. It should open up and then you just type or paste in your link
5. Then hit ok
6. Then type in something like "go here" and hit ok
7. And then it should work

nothing like the smell of peace!
once again Truth prevails! as much as the devil tempt us to be divided, it is the Eucharist what was being discussed and Truth prevails!

Jason (and all newbies)

Your zeal and excitement for the Church, and Christ, our Lord and Saviour are exciting, and fill me with hope for the future of our Church. However, please always remember that we are friends and neighbors (and witnesses) on this board. Also, before posting in frustration, or indignation (righteous or other wise) Try to do a couple of things. First, look at the other member's id. See how long they have been around, and how many posts they have left. This can be a good indication of their heart. Attackers stay for a couple of weeks, and move on. Bro Adam and Mulls, and Raven and Ayed have all been around for a long time. Also, look to see how other long time members react to their posts. I've been a member since July. I know not to get freaked out if I (mis) read something that seems to imply an attack on Bro Adam's part. Lastly, imagine sitting in their living room and saying the things that you want to type. Would you use those words if you were a guest in their house? The beautiful doctrines that Christ has entrusted to His Church need to be defended, but are we honoring Christ, and His doctrines (for we must never forget that they are His, and not ours)?

Lastly, on the subject of long cut and pastes: I rarely read them. There are a few people here who can draw my attention to anything they post, even if its a long cut and paste. For the rest, I would vastly rather here your thoughts, and refer to a link if I feel I need more information. Many of us will ask for supporting documentation on issues. That means we're interested. Many times people just aren't as interested as we are. (sad, but I must admit I'm not nearly as fascinating as I think I am!)

peace...

thanks for that, we need to be remind it it is a God who humbled himself who we are following and not some proud flambouyant divinity.
