Arpy
Well, I searched the subphorum and found topics for just about every year but 2010. I know there's at least two of us on here, right, Brigid? Anyway, I've tried to fight the rigid classifications into which society wants to force an ex-homeschooler postgraduate Running Start college freshman transfer student, but have been forced to accept that for all intents and purposes I'm a jun10r. So I am making this topic for us. Oh yes.

Brigid
heck. yes. yeah, I've thought about starting a thread before, but I didn't know there were enough of us on here to make us thread-worthy. but that was probably before Arpy was on here. and I love the jun10r thing. and what's even better is that it carries over; next year we'll be sen10rs. LivingStone
2010...This used to seem so long ago... Now I have a question: Can we call ourselves the "Class of 'oh ten'"? I've really liked it, but it doesn't seem like we can say that. Are we merely the "Class of 'ten'" and that's it? Debate.

Arpy
I should think it would be 'ten, given the precedent of only going by the last two digits of the year. Otherwise what happens in the 22nd century? The class of one-ten? And incidentally, what did those graduating in 2000 call themselves? I say class of twenty-ten, so I've never really thought about this question...
Arpy
:bump: I love that we're the only class this century that will be able to do the jun10r and sen10r thing.

Brigid
but 3s are Es... I say twenty-ten. or just ten. oh-ten sounds a little silly, imho.
CatherineM
I wish I was going to graduate in 2010. If they'd let me increase my hours, I could get done quicker. I'm hoping to become a Canadian citizen in 2010. That's kind of like a graduation.
