I'm just saying, Nashville doesn't have any of that.

If I were in Nashville they wouldn't even have had an airfreshener.

In fact in Nashville they don't even have electricity.

So there is no point in going :detective:

You have obviously not ventured into Nashville.... it is not the boonies.

I am going because my brother's girlfriend lives there. I'm going to be a chaperon, I guess... and because it has a FOUR STORY Catholic BOOKSTORE.

compared to Pittsburg it is.

When I found out a friend of mine was going to Pittsburg for grad school I got excited and told her what a wonderful place this was. She said she knew as she was from there, I congradulated her in being from the greatest city anywhere. She agreed.

Are you calling Katie a liar?

I'll have you know she is a good Catholic girl who would never tell a lie :topsy:

Who's going to watch the children while I go the horse tracks?

Never mind, I'll just carry them along, that's the kind of involved father I am :saint:

She's lived there all her life... she doesn't know what it feels like to breath real, clean air. Poor girl. :ohno:

Her mind would absolutely change, I am sure, if she were to smell the fresh air of Nashville. She wouldn't know what to do with herself...

Oh yes, how responsible of you. No, I think my children will be taking a rain check on that drunken, gambling affair. What kind of father takes their child to the tracks...

Yeah right. They will be going with me to the bookstore to read good, Catholic books and learn about Jesus. I won't have you taking them to the tracks and influencing them with your religious ways, or rather lack thereof.

She's been to plenty of outdoor areas, she's even lived in a small town in the south.

She's been to cleaner places than Nashville, she's just a rational person so naturally understand the superiority of Pittsburg.

I'm teaching them probability mathematics

There's lots of praying at the tracks, it's a very spiritual place :detective:

I've never actually been to Horce race tracks.

I have been to a NASCAR race, but I try to forget that. My Uncle did stop a drunk from accidently burning me in the face with his lit cigaret when he tripped.

Prolly why he's one of my favoriate uncles :detective:

Yes, well then she must just be a little silly as anyone who was not would pick the ability to breath properly over ... well, what does Pittsburgh have besides an AA meeting?

She grew up in Pittsburgh and thinks it is the best city in the world... she doesn't know what "clean" is... even if she breathed it, apparently.
