Well, obviously they are... and OH YOU ARE BRILLIANT.

There we go: the computer connector analogy of why homosexual relations are wrong.

I think anyone can see that you need a male and a female port to make a proper connection, and other combinations are simply not correct.

Why not, since it's so natural? <_<

And I don't know about the management at Google, but the workers are all pigeons.

I'm unsure of their orientation...
After reading your link, I have to say that the OP is starting to make a little more sense:
While no pigeon has actually been confirmed for a seat on the Supreme Court, pigeons are surprisingly adept at making instant judgments when confronted with difficult choices. This makes them suitable for any job requiring accurate and authoritative decision-making under pressure. Among the positions in which pigeons have served capably are replacement air traffic controllers, butterfly ballot counters and pro football referees during the "no-instant replay" years.

This is quite brilliant. Not only are they "not correct"; they simply WON'T WORK!

It's like trying to stick a USB male connector into a CAT5 port, no?

Um... This is the first time, and only time, you'll agree with what I say about homosexuality.

So a male and female port of the same kind is the only way to transmit information, but that doesn't mean it works as an analogy. If you extended it, the argument could be made that the races shouldn't mix because putting a USB male port into an ethernet port is wrong. I wouldn't stick with this if I were you.

I'm all for two male or two female ports getting together. All the fun, none of the (genetic) information sharing!

Well, that analogy about USB and ethernets would work for people and animals where they are different kinds of ports, but different races have basically the same kinds of ports but look a little different. It's like my blue USB cable and it's black USB port, they look a little diff, but the design is the same, so they still fit together.

Not to be too vulgar, but technically people and animals also 'fit together.' Then it just turns into some analogy about trying to get my PC to talk to my Mac or something. Generally though, things can be done and data can be transferred from any media to another. I don't know if we're talking about gays anymore though.

At any rate, just so everyone is sure, I'm all for gay marriage. Also, make it 106, I moved to CA after May 08 and would, at some point, like to have a wife.

Genetically we're all still humans, and relatively speaking, not particularly diverse as an entire species, so I'd stick with the analogy to be honest.
