I've never eaten a brown egg. I have, however, made pisanki out of brown eggs. They came from my friend's chicken.

I have them in the fridge, but i take them out and leave them on the counter for a while before I boil them. It makes the shells not stick to the whites so much.

Warm eggs are easier to cook with in most ways.

I prefer brown eggs over white eggs. They usually taste better.

i had araucauna hens who laid blue eggs...tasted the same as white ones, though, just prettier...
