I downloaded the .pdf pamphlet and printed it out, two-sided. It's the perfect size to fit in with my checkbook so I can carry it around with me. It's nice because it has everything in one place.

I am still a little pudgy, but doctors say no losing more weight. The tire on my belly is considered a "spare" for future times when I am not able to eat. It blows chunks, although perhaps I will be warmer in winter then skinnies.

I'm never off a diet. My metabolism is so screwed up from the damage to my thyroid, that I have to be on one the rest of my life.

I'm going to double my trips to the pool. Hopefully I'll be able to triple, but I'm only going to commit to twice.

I am hoping to walk on my treadmill, and cut back on the carbs. I have been pigging out this week because of the stress of my daughter leaving.

That site is interesting. I already have a new diet plan that I'm going to try. (Though I have to adapt it a bit for my own weirdness.) I'm in, though! I've got to drop ballast!!

I'm supposed to climb a mountain next summer.

I think I'm hungrier with breastfeeding that I was when pregnant! I feel like I eat all the time, but Kieran takes it all out of me.

Being able to eat as much as you want is one of the joys of breastfeeding

Well then I should be able to continue for a while. Kieran shows no signs of wanting to stop, which is fine with me since I'd like to continue until he's 2 (he's 13 months now).
