St. Thomas Aquinas is a beautiful writter. I would try E.W.T.N. they have a book mark that you can search (www.ewtn.com). They will, I would say, probably have it. Good choice man, good Saint to study!

Actually, I'm asking on behalf of someone else. He's the one making the good choice and choosing the good saint. (blushes)

Take Romans [ I have been continually studying Romans for over a YEAR now, every commentary I can lay hands on...] INSERT "Catholic" into every instance of Jew and ...

Oh. oh.

Honest, the parallels are immensely interesting and insightful for those daring enough to actually do it, use the search and replace function on a word processor.

I had to "get into" Romans, for some Christian VS Anti Christian Jewish debates, but at the same time, my Catholic Church debates .... or what passed for debate ... was ongoing, got me to view Romans in that strange way...

FWIW .. and "Iron Maiden" I know...I know... so don't cut and paste me to a death by byte and bit buckets...k?

Why would anyone do this?

Why not insert the word "Baptist" or "Democrat" or "Russian" into every instance of the word Jew instead? If you go into something with a prejudice outlook, you'll no doubt leave with one.

Jews do not accept Jesus Christ as God--Catholics do. There's no comparison.

God bless.

Hey all,

Just so you know, I'm the guy who asked about St. Thomas' Commentary on Romans, (through Dave, on MSN, because I was too busy to go on PhatMass).

And, I can't find it on EWTN. What's the deal?

Father Most's commentary is at Catholic culture and probably at EWTN but I cannot find St Thomas's commentary anywhere. You might actually have to open a book :)
