Push pops! ----- I'd get the ring kind and take a few licks and then I'd sit on my hands and stain my pants and get dog hair on the push pop so it was unlickable thereafter.
I still love ring pops... :saint:

SLAP BRACELETS!!!! That was the cool thing in fourth grade. My school banned them because of the fear that they would slice open your wrist and you would bleed to death...or something like that anyway.

Re:Velociraptors in Jurassic Park

Muldoon: They should all be destroyed.
Muldoon: Shoot her! Shoot her!
[Just before he gets attacked by a raptor]
Muldoon: Clever girl.

GRANT:It's just the two raptors, right? You're sure the third one's contained?
ELLIE:Yes, unless they figured out how to open doors.

I would just like to say that yo-yos are not out of style. I happen to know I have two new ones under the Christmas tree. I almost took a seminarians head off in the middle of class two weeks ago with an errant throw from the Henry's yo-yo my publisher gave me as a gift since I wouldn't accept any royalties. It's actually very good rehab for my bad shoulder.
Sony Walkman... you can listen to cassette tapes just about anywhere! Woohoo!
lol, the Sony Walkman is still around, it's an MP3 player now. Now you can get all the songs from your favorite cassettes in one place and listen to it anywhere.
:cans:

I remember the fad of tight-rolling pants in the late 80's(88-90).
