LOL!

All the PC people here. Don't make fun of morbidly obese people, it's just not nice!

Anybody, and I mean anybody, who can stand up, can take a 10-minute continuous walk, and you wait a couple of hours, and you can do it again, and wait a couple of hours, you can do it a third time each and every day. That 30 minutes of walking can burn over 200 calories, which would equate to about a 15 pound weight loss per year.

And after you get use to the ten minutes three times a day, you start increasing, going to 15 minutes, and then 20 minutes, and within a couple of months, you're not walking, but jogging 30 minutes to an hour each day. and that's 500 to 700 calories per day, which is about 40 pounds of weight loss per year!

Wow!

Now, lets get funny again.

in case you haven't noticed... people here tend to not be PC .. ;)

Dignity of persons (no matter how big or stupid or ugly or whatever other negative adjective you'd like to put here) - that we got down.

Yeah, I don't care anymore...what's the point of caring what people think right?

That was one of the worst posts I have seen. I have probably made plenty of them myself but that was horrible. Why come on a public forum where there will be hundreds or thousands of people on here of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, what have you and post something like that?

I was overweight. Although I lost a lot of weight through exercise and what have you, I still remember the hurt that peope's words and actions and picture caused me. Now I could care less about what people say but I know the hurt. You think it is so easy to just drop the weight, huh? Yeah, you think it is. So, way to go, buddy. Hope you enjoy your time on phatmass.
