Why do you try to dismiss what I say by asking me if I am a title?

I am a person, and I will ask you not to call me a name.
But if he calls you a "person" that is a name too.

Yet, you've already given titles to Christians, Muslims, Jews, environmentalists, and "Religious fanatics."

So again do you or do you not believe in God or a god(s)?

person is a neutral term, atheist, especially in a theist message board, is an antagonist term that I would prefer not to be called because that is not who I am. Atheist, Catholic, and all these are titles that are not who we are.

I don't get too caught up in those high-minded philsophical man-made stuff. Men are so limited.

Person is not really a philosophical term; instead, it is a theological term. The whole concept originated in Christian theology.

So, all other religions thought that nobody was a person?

What did they believe, that we were one thing, and there was no individualism!

That is correct. Even Judaism only developed the concept after the rise of Christianity.

Most religions thought of man as a jumble of transitory elements or states of being.
