homeschoolmom
Oh, no!!! How awful. This reminds me (and I don't mean to go off topic), but how safe is St. Peter's? I mean, anyone can just walk right in with a bomb!!! (unless they are wearing shorts, of course... then watch out!!)
Colleen
Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the Mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. I wonder what Spain is going to do about it. electricdisk
You cannot stop this type of evil, without resorting to a spiritual response. In other words, you cannot shoot a missile at the devil (he is a spirit - it won't hurt him). Only prayers can hurt the devil. Offer up your lenten sacrifices and prayers, masses, communions and confessions for the coversion of these terrorists. A multi-billion dollar defense budget cannot stop pure evil. It HAS to be done through prayer and an open reliance / obedience to God. He (God) is waiting for us to do something and acknowledge him as the ultimate chance for hope and peace. You can I can be that voice - lets ask God together. Please stop this. Innocent people are dying at the hands of ruthless terrorists who have no regard for the sanctity of life.
