mcts
Also, if you do the above regime you need to taper yourself off of it. Do not stop cold turkey. Coffee causes a caffeine addiction within a couple of days. If you stop cold turkey you will get a huge headache.
yeah, after staying up for 36 hours and drinking coffee or monster almost constantly, i woke up the next day and didn't drink anything caffeinated and drove to Indianapolis (an hour drive) for a campus visit. I was ok until the middle of the tour when i was almost doubled over in pain. i got a few sips of coffee before i left (no lids and i had to get going so i had to throw it out) and i was ok to begin with, but about halfway home i was almost in tears because my head hurt so bad and i had no money to stop and get anything. i don't suggest this to anyone

Seriously this thing takes like 3 cups of coffee. I was tired of filling up a lot so my family got me the cup on a vacation trip. I use it a lot. ---------------- Now playing: Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Queen Of The Winter Night via FoxyTunes

Fidei Defensor
I stay far away from caffeine so that in the cases of necessity (i.e., I need motivation), caffeine can work wonders. One cup and I can get all of my work done in a few hours.

tinytherese
I hate the smell of coffee, so I don't drink it.
Fidei Defensor
Caffeine gives me heart palpitations and makes me feel like fainting. Sadly, I used to be able to consume it without these problems, but now I've had to give up my coffee and caffeinated tea.
southern california guy
Don't criticize coffee!! It's one of the greatest drugs of all time! But I do find that if I drink too much I need to take a magnesium and zinc supplement, as well as a B vitamin one. Coffee is like certain incredibly delicious foods -- like bacon and french fries -- that you should take only in moderation. But it's so hard!!! picchick
I love coffee. When I went to Ireland, I bought a coffee cup from Guinness. It is huge...I love it.
Christie_M
I like coffee. But it has some negative effects on me. Sometimes I'll get really sleepy (so I don't take it when I'm going to drive) or I'll be more allert, and then 14 hours later I'll have a panic attack. caffine doesn't like me

I believe it's sacramental... I brew my Mystic Monk with pure mountain spring holy water.
