Slappo
Caffinated coffee... I thought it was useful for something... I woke up this morning at 11am... it is now 10pm. philothea
Obviously, you need EVEN MORE COFFEE. (Honestly? Make sure you've had enough water. You might be dehydrated.)

Throat was sore and dry all day... BUT! I SAVED MONEY! Thanks for the tip
Old_Joe
I'm not much of a coffee person. I prefer hot tea.
Ash Wednesday
I'm sorry, but I have a hard time believing that someone can't see the point of coffee. You must have never had real coffee before.

I think it was the taste that woke me up not the caffine
CatherineM
I haven't had coffee since 1988. There was an incident. Let's just say that when you take CPR training, the dolls are very dry and very sterile. That's not how it is in real life.
HisChildForever
I have a high tolerance for caffeine so coffee does nothing to me.

Being that I grew up in the Seattle area I'm a big time coffee snob -- they don't call that place Latteland for nothin! Living in England, they all drink tea here, and I have to instruct them in the ways of having "proper" good quality cup of coffee.

Some people take longer coming down from it. That would be why you feel more tired from it anyway. I actually do know some people who only drink coffee at night so they can sleep. It went straight from being tired... to drinking a cup of coffee... to being just as if not more tired.
alicemary
We are a society who is addicted to caffeine. It is in most of our drinks and some of our foods. I used to be a coffee hound, since I work evening shift, thouht I needed multiple cups of coffee to keep me going. That is until I developed atrial fibrillation(the heart starts to beat very fast and irregular, necessary to be on medications to control it). I am allowed limited caffeine, so drink decaf if anything. Caffeine causes your heart to beat faster. You may be unaware of it, but it has lots and lots of side effects. That said, geez, I sure loved coffee!!!!
