What do you consider to be "overwhelming" in terms of support?

Again, Mr Smarty a overwhelming majority which is 68 percent of the military would vote for John McCain, where as 23 percent for Barack Obama.

Of course, you have yet to provide a source for these statistics. Someone on another thread did, and I questioned the accuracy of those stats based on sampling representation and the voluntary nature of the survey.

Proving things to you is not my life mission. Troops typically vote for Republicans over Democrats, its been this way for some time now.

Generalizations are not reasons. Sorry.

If you have something to say, then please prove it. If your "mission" isn't to prove things to me, then don't bother saying anything. Critical thinking and basic logic is a must.

In my experience I have yet to meet one single active duty military member who said they were voting for Obama. Makes sense, considering Republicans typically spend more money on the military which makes it easier for us to do our jobs. True there's a war, some support it, some don't, some haven't been, some have (which by the why doesn't seem to really impact our descion that much), but really it's all about the almighty dollar. No one wants to go into their supply office, and be told that their Command is out of money for whatever they need to do their jobs. It's as simple as that really. I've even been told by some active duty that while they might agree more with the Democratic Party, they're still going to vote Republican while in the military.

I mean come on, there's a war every ten years or so no matter who's in office. Oh, and when we signed up we knew the military fights those wars. At least, those of us in the Navy and Marine Corps noticed these things anyway.

Wow, you're personal experience is supposed to convince me that a majority of the military is going to vote McCain? Fail. You may be in the military, but you are also biased because you are heavily against Obama.

I'm not saying that it's not possible that this is the case. I'm saying that no one has provided a credible source to show this. Arguments without proof are called opinions.
