1. I would recognize a Jewish rite (Apostolic See of Jerusalem) and attempt to initiate a mass-conversion of Jews.

2. I would make a universal grave obligation ([i]with the same conditions as other obligations, like fasting[/i]) to:

*kneel when receiving communion
*recite a decade of the rosary every day
*make an act of perfect contrition every night
*pray the divine mercy every Sunday
*add the leonine prayers back into Sunday Mass

3. I would elevate every indulgence to plenary in scope and (if possible - I'm not sure if it is) remove the catches previously necessary to obtain one. I would then say that a plenary indulgence was received to all who wanted it every time he / she entered a sacred space or said (even mentally) the words "Jesus, Mercy!"
