Brigid
Wishbone was my favorite. before I knew what it meant, I decided that I was allergic to coconut because I wanted to be like Sam. remember in that one episode, where she eats a granola bar David gives her and has an allergic reaction? ...yeah. anyway. I read a lot of the books, too. I loved the wishbone version of journey to the center of the earth. then I tried to read the real thing, and got bored. I loved Arthur, too. and Full House. and Kratt's Creatures was the BEST - it's the guys from Zaboomafoo, but before Zaboomafoo. and without the annoying fake lemur. There are still a couple cool things that I remember how to do from that show. Used to watch it every day. I loved their Rube Goldberg machines. When I was a kid Nickelodeon....... well, didn't exist. We watched Gilligan's Island and The Monkees after school because that's what was on. I, too, wondered if this thread would be about Good Times and What's Happening ... hey HEY hey...[/quote] due to TV not having anything good on anymore my family watches Gilligan's island, I love Lucy, WKRP, Green Acers, Mary Tyler Moore show, Three Stooges and some others! granted they are all on DVD but then we don't have to watch the commercials!!
