B, i will keep you in my prayers. i am conquering the same problem as you. i have found that the best way to keep a hold on it is to go to confession as often as you can, reguardless of whether or not you need to.

another idea is to recieve the Eurcharist as often as possible when your soul is not marred by any type of mortal sin. it is wonderful to get those graces flowing through your body.

one thing that i try to do is to identify the situation that puts me near temptation. example: if being online late at night tempts you, don't go online, but rather, replace that time period with a rosary or a prayer to St. Michael the Archangel.

i don't really know what else to tell you that everyone hasn't already told you, other than it would be very good for you to find someone that you know and trust very well and keep them updated or make sure that if you feel weak, you might be able to contact them somehow. NEVER EVER tell yourself that it is a problem that you will never be able to defeat. that is exactly what satan wants you to think! With God as your Armor and your Sword, you will be able to conquer any temptation that may cross your path.

In the scene where they pound the nails in Jesus hand, it was Mel Gibsons hand doing the pounding. He is saying that we all contribute to His pain.

Everytime you sin, you are pounding the nail in a little more.

Put a picture of Jesus next to the computer, and everytime you are tempted, think about that nail.

is it that, or is it because you rarely hear woman talking about it? From society's POV, you hear guys talking about masturbation all the time; for women, only recently has it become more acceptable by society. Even still, it is hard to find women who will admit they have struggled with this problem, harder still for them to talk about it.
