Funny thing, true thing;

Looks like Canada will be calling a federal elction in the coming weeks.

Oh ya, for the Us residents, that's just a bump in the road. For us canadiens, that's a double-wammy.

What do I care; I'm a papist anyway.
LOL - :rolleyes:

The closest thing we have is the Rhino party, unfortunately no one takes them seriously.

they mainly mock official political parties and such. For instance, they once suggested we pave Manitoba over to make more parking space for Ontario.

Egh. Ya, it's kinda' hard to take a party seriously that doesn't take politics seriously.

It's good to read that not only are Clinton's supporters are speaking out on behalf of Palin, but Clinton's top aids are saying that the Democrats and the mainstream press are being sexist bullies.
...former top aides to Hillary Rodham Clinton endorsed the Republican charge that John McCain’s running mate has been subject to a sexist double standard by the news media and Democrats.

...

“There’s no way those questions would be asked of a male candidate,” said Howard Wolfson a former top strategist for Clinton’s presidential campaign.
