Healthy "to-go" Breakfast Ideas

They really need protein in the morning as brain food so the trail mix sounds like a good idea. Hard boiled eggs?

Trail mix is my go to snack.
I make mine out of cereals, chocolate chips, raisins (craisins) and whatever nut/seed is available.
You could get those reusable juice boxes by Rubbermaid and the like, and fill them with some milk to go with.

StColette, thanks for the Milk N Cereal Bars idea! I haven't had them in ages. Mom is going shopping tomorrow--I start class next week, and they will be filling enough to hold me over between lunch and getting home at 8pm.

NutriGrain are really good, too.
