I stuffed the items into a bag and then stuffed them deep into the [kitchen] trash. With the tarot deck, I placed them in the drawer. Like someone said, they are almost a reminder of the things I have overcome. As I placed them in the drawer, I was not tempted to pull them out. In time, however, I am sure they will find their place in the trash as well.
good for you!! I can't really relate, but I imagine that it was a difficult thing to do. so I'm proud of you. :)

It really is best that you did those things. I chunked my tarot decks, and gave my wicca books away, and kept my book of shadows. That became a huge temptaion for me, so I shredded it, and havent really thought about it since. Bravo for you!
Do you have any wiccan friends? Perhaps you could give them away, or perhaps sell them to a used book store.
Wow, I love this. Help some stay in the sin they are in!

I love the Catholic Attitude. They never take the way the Apostles taught seriously.
And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.

Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.

So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed. Acts 19:18-20
Curious arts means witchcraft and magick, and they burned their books. And when people saw it, they came to God through that.

I guess it the horrific education system that failed you. I guess when you read that, you didn't know God strickly says in many places in the Bible it is wrong, and to give it to a Wiccan friend tells them it is okay to still practice, you give people the wrong idea!

No wonder witchcraft is so prevelant in the world, Christians around the world are illiterate, and therefore they don't know they need to take stands that God strickly has told us in the Bible!

WOOOTTTTTTTTT! Can I be an illiterate Christian who can't read one page of the Bible too!
