Is The Catholic Church The Kingdom Of God?

Yes and No.

Yes, because it is the Kingdom Jesus came to establish (Behold the Kingdom of God is in your midst. Luke 17.21).

No, because the Kingdom will only be fully established and manifested on the Last Day, at the wedding feast of the Lamb (Revelations 19.5-9). Then the Church will be fully purified "without spot or wrinkle or any such thing" (Ephesians 5.27) and she will wed her Bridegroom, Christ.

There is a sense in which the Church is "already but not yet" the Kingdom of God. Just as we live between the first and second comings of Christ, so the world can said to have reached its last age "already but not yet".
