I knew someone who used to eat pickled pigs feet~as he was eating them he would pause and spit out the toe nails.

No. I am not kidding.
i accidentally i had a big bite of undercooked chicken once...as in still pink and all rubbery.
I hear they have chicken sushi in Japan.

I don't plan on ever trying that.

Besides White Castles, I've never eaten anything especially gross. My cousin was a truck driver in the first Gulf War, though, and one time while riding with a Saudi guy he was offered some kind of meat. The guy didn't speak much English and he didn't speak Arabic, so he didn't know what it was until the guy finally said, "Meow."
OK. I loved kimbap the one time I had it. Though the girl I was eating it with did show me how to make it, so I guess I could do that sometime. Oh, and the pickled radish I had was the yellow variety.
Yeah, its pretty easy to make (tuna is my favorite variety). I do it quite regularly. I could eat a couple rolls of it without sharing a single bite. lol I just need to find an Asian store around here that will carry the pickled radish because kimbap isn't quite the same without it. Its still good but the radish gives it an extra "something."

I need to go by one of the many Asian food stores here. Now I'm hungry.

Ever heard that song "Cat in the Kettle" by Weird Al? You never know what you're REALLY eating at Chinese restraunts...could be a cat in your chicken chow maine (don't know how to spell it, sorry)

LOL In Korea restaurants generally only serve one type of meat (some even only serve one dish); so a place that serves beef will only serve one or two beef dishes.

Well, they also have these restaurants that serve dog. If you go in there you go in KNOWING that you're going to be eating dog.
