Ha you'll all think it crazy but prophets and holy scripture speak of the Antichrist doing the same... Not that I believe Obama is the Antichrist but it was sureal to hear people call him savior and the like. But more to another point was it right of him to put up campaign posters and images of himself at the temple wall in Jerusalem?

MissScripture

I heard on the radio today that his staff was telling the media that White House rules applied or something like that...basically, trying to say he was already pres.

Is he responsible for the posters of his supporters?

Was it really his supporters or his campaign? That is the question. I'm thinking it was his campaign. I assume your basing your comment on the quote....

"Supporters of U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) hold a sign printed with his name in Hebrew as they wait for his arrival at the Western wall in Jerusalem July 23, 2008"

The thing about that is they are not holding the sign. Rather the signs are posted on the fence and they waiting in line at the signs, which becomes clear from other photos taken at different times, such as the first picture above, as well as others on yahoos slide show. Those signs are very pricey to print the colors alone are pricey not to mention the size of the sign. The point is they were either made by supports with a lot money or his campaign. It is more likely it was his campaign, so yes he would be responsible.
What is he doing campaigning in the Middle East anyway? It's not like they can vote for him over there.
Yeah, but he's trying to make the United States' image better, and if he is elected, we will admittedly be viewed in a better light. Europeans (particularly Germans) are enthralled with Obama, and 75% of Germans actually said in a poll that they would vote for Obama over any of the politicians in their own country.

Basically he's doing some smart tours for the long-term effects. McCain is trying hard to work on the people in the US, and he needs to. Obama's already got the support here that he needs to win.

I dunno. Either way, it seems like a minor thing. I don't see the big deal.

Well heres the big deal it is the most holy site for the Jewish people, politics have no place there. It is a insult, a slap in the face. Like if he went the the Holy Sepulcher and also put up campaign ads, and images of himself, then had a photo op.

Many politicians go to the Wailing Wall for a photo op. It seems like a requisite in this country.

I think his supporters made decision in poor taste but it really doesn't really affect my view of him.

Take a deep breath, everyone. Obama is pandering to an important Democrat constituency, to wit, Jewish Americans. The issue is the pander, not that he's the "Anti-Christ." Let's not lose the run of ourselves.
