(I didn't read the article...I am kinda lazy. If the article is not posted I usually don't read it. Of course there are rare occasions) I wonder who I can sue? Nihil Obstat
Why does he sue the descendants of all the people who wrote the books of the Bible that offended him. That makes about as much sense.
CatherineM
That's what I was thinking, that instead of the publisher, he should sue the writers. It would make for a great mock trail in a law school, but doesn't belong in a real courtroom.
Agreed, but the guy is clearly trying to set dangerous precedent with malicious intent. I wish that the case could be thrown out solely on these grounds. A "good case" should take the shortest path with the least resistance in order to prove its point.

Selah
Yes, and how about we sue Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins too? They offended me and caused me great distress as well. I want a lawyer!!! :-p "Call baker and baker today: we'll fix the problem by throwing lots of money around!"

puellapaschalis
Ever heard of proof by induction? That k implies k+1 is proved: it's called setting legal precedent. All we need is the first domino to fall.... Can I sue the Dutch government for its abortion and euthanasia laws? They're published. Others have told me about them. I'm offended.
