Guest Dusty Fro
I am a Christian of no particular denomination, and right now I feel that my beliefs lie somewhere between Protestantism and Catholicism, so I am interested in seeking the Catholic side of things. I have decided to start attending at least one mass during the week. I've very curious to know all that I DON'T know about being/becoming Catholic. Are there any particular books about Catholicism you could suggest to college-age person with a decent Bible knowledge?
BLAZEr
Honestly, and the name is kind of a turn off, but the best comprehensive book on that is faithful to the Church's teachings is: Catholicism for Dummies by Fr. John Trigilio I also recommend a Catechism of the Catholic Church and Scot Hahn's books, Rome Sweet Home, Supper of the Lamb, Hail Holy Queen, A Father Who Keeps His Promises, Lord Have Mercy, First Comes Love, and Swear to God http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-h...0925170-9047030 I also recommend you visit EWTN, especially the Question and Answer Forum. http://www.ewtn.com And Catholic Answers, http://www.catholic.com
