Justin86
I got my first car the other day too. Well, first car that I didn't need a co-signer for anyway. It's a 2009 Ford Focus. It's blue with a beautiful interior, and satellite radio (yes, I so miss that!). I got one of those deals only available to servicemen overseas so I got about $3,000 off, but I won't get it until I PCS back to the States. I'm still enormously stoked though. Mt first car was an old Pontiac that used to be my mother's. After that my parents co-signed with me for an Saturn Ion which I loved. There planning on giving the Ion to my sister who just got her driver's permit (scary). There is something completely awesome about buying your first car independently of your parents though. aalpha1989
I still don't have a car (I drive my parents'), but after August I don't think I'll really need one until I graduate from college. My summer plans involve D.C., and I'm not planning on bringing a car there.

Way to bring back memories of the 70's!!!!! My first car was an old 1975 Cadillac Sedan deVille - that was the last of the old GM "boats" before the big downsizing of cars in the 1977 model year due to the mid-1970s oil crisis.
